The ACSS seeks to enhance its virtual presence through on-line panels, roundtables and seminars. Among its activities in this area are the webinars organized on the occasion of the ACSS 10th anniversary in addition to other webinars organized by the working groups and grants and fellowships unit. Some of these webinars are organized jointly with international and regional organizations and include training workshops. These virtual activities help reach a wide audience of social scientists and humanists as well as activists, practitioners and professionals in different countries of the region. They also help enhance interaction between the ACSS and researchers and foster/consolidate opportunities for networking with regional and international organizations to enhance knowledge production in the social sciences.
