Job Description:
The School of Global Affairs and Public Policy invites applications for a full-time faculty positions at the rank of assistant professor for four years at the Department of Public Policy and Administration. Successful candidates are expected to teach courses on quantitative data analysis for public policy, big data, program evaluation, public policy analysis and implementation, foundational skills and/or theories in public policy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to teaching excellence, with experience in student-focused pedagogy and experiential learning. Candidates are also expected to have solid scholarly potential and a demonstrated commitment to the University's mission and values. Evidence of an active research agenda and teaching effectiveness is required.
Requirements:
PhD in public policy or a relevant discipline preferably from a university in the United States or Western European university, with a record of publications, previous experience in teaching, and/or program management experience.
