New web series by ACSS Research on the Arts Program (RAP) grantee, Adham Selim

10/15/2020

Egypt – Cycle 1 – Project title - Digital Arabs: A Brief History of Digitally-conceived Architecture in the Arab World During the 1990s

Adham Selim is a grantee from the AFAC-ACSS Research on the Arts program, Cycle 1.

Outputs of this project include producing a web-series on  the legacies of digitally produced architecture in the Arab world during 1990s, with the aim of constructing an alternative, regionally nuanced and more faceted history of the digital. It also tries to lend this often-under-discussed period to public scrutiny that wasn't possible back then.

This is the first episode of Adham's web-series:
